Southwest Beverage (SWB) with seven Coca-Cola production plants have chosen Fortech LLC out of West Chester, Ohio to support its efforts of improving efficiencies at his manufacturing and bottling plants.

Fortech, working with one of its many partners Linespex, has installed a state-of-the-art industrial vision system along with its proprietary Downtime Viewer to indicate root cause faults and unplanned downtimes.

“Not only does the Downtime Viewer time stamp unplanned stops on the lines, the industrial vision system will visually record those stops for corrective action and training purposes,” stated Kent Forsythe, CEO and president of Fortech.

SWB is utilizing this innovative process with hopes of expanding to other locations.
